Level Up Impact Group is led by Anna Dilernia, MBA. Anna serves as the CEO and partners with nonprofits and businesses to maximize their impact. With 15 years of cross-sector experience in healthcare, education, and philanthropy, Anna identifies strengths, breaks down silos and unlocks value. She is an experienced strategist, evaluator, grant writer, project manager, and trainer and combines these skills to secure resources and champion ideas throughout organizations and communities.

Anna is a self-described "Data Diva" with a passion for social impact. An unlikely superhero, she supports visionary leaders with data-driven strategy and performance improvement. Her superpowers include cross-sector expertise in healthcare, education, and philanthropy and an arsenal of technical skills including business operations, data science, evaluation, grant management, lean six sigma, and facilitation, to name a few. She spends her days providing her expertise to executive directors, public/private partnerships, community organizers, and nonprofits boards to take them from "Good" to "Great."

She has been known to partner with agencies like Baptist Health South Florida, The Children's Trust, The Knight Foundation, Miami Dade College, and City Year Miami. She was schooled in Economics at the University of Florida, Management and Strategy at Western Governors University, and Data Science at Harvard University.

Anna has been on the other side of the table – setting the RFP requirements and grant strategy for private and government funders alike. She has helped organizations procure over $90 million in services for youth, healthcare, and capacity building. With direct experience in healthcare, education, and civic engagement she is well-versed in innovative ideas and best practices for these industries, and can help you design programs that take you to the next level.
