About us
Level Up Impact Group is a women-led small business and consulting firm that is passionate about social impact. Since its founding in 2020, Level Up Impact Group has worked with over 150 nonprofits, governments, and private funders in four states on youth development, civic engagement, and health care equity initiatives; we have raised more than $15 million for our nonprofit clients and have assisted funders in grant development, evaluation, and dissemination, resulting in the release of over $30 million to support their missions.
Level Up Impact Group has its roots in Miami and we are acutely aware of the needs facing our city. Our efforts to minimize implicit biases and foster a positive and inclusive environment are embodied by our own staff – who are diverse and reflective of the communities we serve. The majority of our staff are female, many are bi-lingual , and 85% identify as minorities.
